The Foundation Program (FP) The Foundation Program provides practitioners with the opportunity to deepen their understanding and experience of Buddha teachings through the systematic study of six of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s texts. FP classes meet twice a week on Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening. Students commit to at least one full term of study. We are currently studying Geshe Kelsang’s commentary to Lamrim practice titled Joyful Path of Good Fortune. Classes consist of chanted preliminary prayers, guided meditation, teaching, and discussion.
