3rd Annual Walk for World Peace Everyone is welcome to join us for our 3rd Annual Walk for World Peace. This years walk will take place at Hickory Hill Park and will be followed by a vegetarian barbecue at the center. Everyone is welcome, including your family members who walk on a leash! If you are unable to attend the event please consider making a donation. All funds raised during the walk go toward the general operating of the center and help ensure that Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Center continues to provide an environment where people can learn practical instructions on how to solve their daily problems. Saturday, June 14, 11am-3pm. $25. Please contact the center to register or make a donation.
2008 International Spring and Summer Festival with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Empowerments of Buddha Vajrapani and 1000 Armed Avalokiteshvara Join practitioners from around the world for our annual Spring and Summer Festival held in the UK. During these spiritual holidays we have a wonderful opportunity to receive teachings directly from Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, meet with other spiritual practitioners, and establish new friendships with people from around the world.
