Simply Meditate Sundays

This class provides introductory teachings and guided meditations to help develop a daily meditation practice. By engaging in these simple meditations, the turbulence of our mind will gradually subside and we will experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Breathing meditation is emphasized for the first half of the session, followed by 10 minutes of time for personal meditation.
Healthy drinks and light snacks are provided after class.
